A vibrant community at Park View Place

We’re proposing to transform Park View Place into a vibrant and inclusive neighbourhood in Sudbury Hill. Following two previous planning approvals, we’re now looking to deliver more homes, better connections to the town centre and areas of natural beauty, alongside more public, retail and community spaces.

Over 850 new homes to meet a range of needs including 340 co-living homes aimed at young professionals, in addition to affordable homes rented at discounted market prices to those on lower incomes and private homes for sale at market rate

Over 40% of the site as public open space, with dedicated play areas and a central green route linking Greenford Road to Grove Farm Park

New public spaces, including a community centre, dedicated play space and café

Sustainable and deliverable construction, working with a development partner to fast track affordable homes and reduce carbon emissions through sustainable design

Our consultation

Thank you to everyone who has taken part in our community consultation. Using your feedback we have refined our proposals for Park View Place to reduce the visual impact of the development along Greenford Road and accelerate the delivery of much-needed affordable homes.
